These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuildFlo ("the Service") operated by BuildFlo.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BuildFlo provides AI-assisted tools for MEP and building services workflows, including technical Q&A, calculators, document compliance review, and drawing QA.

The Service is intended to support professional engineering work. It does not replace qualified professional judgement, statutory compliance sign-off, or your obligations under applicable regulations and standards.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation if you use the Service on its behalf.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as guaranteed compliance, certification, or professional sign-off.
• Share account access in a way that violates your subscription or licence terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring uploaded project documents, drawings, and specifications are handled in line with your contractual and confidentiality obligations.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Outputs are provided for informational assistance only.

You must independently verify all calculations, regulatory references, and design decisions before relying on them in live projects, submissions, or construction.

BuildFlo does not provide engineering, architectural, or legal advice. No professional-client relationship is created by use of the Service.

We own the Service, including software, branding, and underlying technology, except for your content and third-party materials.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including project delays, design errors, or reliance on AI outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
